THE SOLUTION
In order to provide the highest levels of data security for the sensitive function of water treatment, Ardexa was chosen as a partner for their deep capabilities in cybersecurity and data collection.
The solution uses a compact industrial computer (Ardexa device) installed on the proton-IQ ® SECURO diaphragm electrolysis system to collect critical performance data and securely transfer this data in real-time to the cloud.
Software on the Ardexa device collects data from the workflow via modbus protocol and is equipped with advanced features, including asynchronous caching, strong cybersecurity tools and secure remote access functionality.
Workflow OT data is presented in customizable dashboards where multiple performance indicators can be monitored, alert levels set, and remote maintenance facilitated. Data can be shared seamlessly with customers and authorised third party partners.
Vision Green Solutions will equip the proton-IQ ® SECURO diaphragm electrolysis system with Ardexa IoT interfaces for direct connection upon request. Based on this solution, new digital services and business models are being developed to make operation and application even easier for customers.
