Eugene Cora
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As CEO of the Ardexa group, Eugene has primary responsibility for the strategic direction. Eugene brings over 30 years of business strategy and governance experience with industrial clients in Asia, Europe and the Americas. He works closely with the Ardexa Leadership Team and Shareholders to prioritise business and product development investments. Eugene is also closely involved in major regional and global accounts, ensuring that Ardexa responds to the changing demands of renewable energy clients, whilst improving service performance. He is based in Vienna, Austria.
Tim Lane
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Tim is responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the seamless functioning of business operations across Ardexa globally. Tim oversees day-to-day operations, projects and product engineering functions, implementing strategic initiatives, and optimising processes to drive sustainable growth. Tim also leads the expansion of the Ardexa business across Asia. His broad industry knowledge coupled with having spent many years living and working in Asia sets a solid foundation to focus on growth. Tim is based in Singapore.
Brian Riley
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT SALES AND MARKETING
Brian Riley leads Ardexa sales and marketing efforts throughout North America. Brian has over 25 years of experience in IT services, Cloud and IT infrastructure, information security and IT Operations and Management. He works closely with large enterprise customers and global systems integrators to develop valuable solutions and services. He has extensive experience in helping high growth companies evolve their digital and cybersecurity programs. He has worked in many of the largest IT services markets globally and works to apply modern IT practices in industrial applications. Brian is based in Virginia, USA.
George Cora
CO-FOUNDER AND STRATEGIC PROJECTS DIRECTOR
George leads major strategic projects for the Ardexa group, continually evolving the product roadmap to suit the growing and diverse customer base. George has more than 30 years of cybersecurity and data services experience at the highest levels. He is regarded as a thought leader in aspects of industrial OT architecture and IT security. As an Ardexa founder, George has been an integral part in defining the Ardexa platform and agent, taking a hands-on role in development and software testing. He is based in Canberra, Australia.
Dave Mohr
CO-FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL IT ARCHITECT
Dave is the architect and lead developer of the Ardexa platform, with over 15 years of network, cybersecurity and software development experience. Dave is responsible for the design of the overall enterprise architecture, ensuring that Ardexa can rapidly adapt to integrate AI, machine learning and cybersecurity standards. As chief architect, he sets the standard for scalability and reliability of the Ardexa platform. As a founding member, he has been an integral part of designing and evolving the Ardexa platform since inception. He is based in Melbourne, Australia.
Serena McDonald
FINANCE MANAGER
Serena is responsible for the management of key accounting systems, financial processes, risk management, treasury and company secretarial for all global territories. She oversees financial and management reporting for all subsidiaries, according to global accounting standards. She also monitors day to day financial operations, including the handling of company statutory requirements. Serena is based in Canberra, Australia.
Tim O’Brien
HEAD OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONS
Tim manages a specialist team of software engineers and developers to drive the design, development, and delivery of software solutions. He is responsible for managing the teams developing edge software, cloud services and data processing. Tim guides the technical direction of products and ensures development priorities are delivered on time. Tim is based in Canberra, Australia.
